My name is Luis Ledesma, but everyone calls me Desi. I am the oldest of 5 children, which only means I had extended experiences with my siblings That helped to mold the educator I have become. I have helped to build several childcare facilities, while completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and acquiring a Directorship through the California Teaching and Credentialing.
I believe that as an early childhood educator I am responsible for providing infants, toddlers and young children with positive learning experiences. I strive to model respect, patient, and care for children and adults I come in contact with. Children have the right to have their needs met and receive the proper education while in the care of their caregivers. As a Director at Little Blessings Childcare, LLC. I hope to share my experience, knowledge and understanding of our profession, and to be able to pass along the learning to future student teachers, parents and children.
