During the Fall 2021 semester, the Career Technical Education-Aeronautical Sciences & Technology department was featured in a PBS video shot on location at AVC’s Fox Field hangar. PBS’s Inside California Education (Episode 407: Repairing and Building Planes in the Antelope Valley) showcases our own aeronautical faculty including Jack B. Halliday and Ty Mettler and features students in the classroom and work environment.
