AVC State of the Budget Session
March 26th, 2026 | 09:00 am - 10:30 am

Antelope Valley College invites the campus community to attend an upcoming State of the Budget session for a discussion about the college's current fiscal outlook and future planning.

The session will provide an overview of AVC's current budget status and a look ahead at the Governor's proposed state budget and its potential impact on California community colleges. The discussion will also offer insight into the early stages of the college's 2026–2027 budget development process.

Faculty, staff, administrators, and student leaders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conversation. The event will provide an opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives, and offer feedback as the college begins planning for the upcoming fiscal year.

Campus input plays an important role in supporting transparency, collaboration, and informed decision-making throughout the budget planning process and ensures that students are served effectively and responsibly.

We encourage the campus community to attend, stay informed, ask questions, and take part in the conversation as AVC plans for the future.
