Antelope Valley College is encouraging students, faculty and staff to participate in the upcoming 2026 elections by registering to vote and staying informed on key deadlines. Voter registration can take an average of two minutes or less.
Several important voter registration deadlines are approaching for local, state and national elections. Individuals must be registered in advance to participate in each election.
The deadline to register to vote for the California Primary Election is Monday, May 18.
Civic participation is an important way for students and employees to make their voices heard and stay engaged in their communities.
When:
- April 14 — General Municipal Election
- May 18 — Voter registration deadline (California Primary Election)
- June 2 — California Primary Election
- November 3 — Midterm Election
