ITS is aware of a potential service issue affecting Microsoft Outlook and email services.

This issue is occurring within Microsoft's services and is not related to AVC's local systems or network infrastructure. As a result, some users may experience intermittent issues accessing Outlook, sending or receiving email, or other email-related functionality.

Microsoft is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.

At this time, no action is required from users. ITS will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional communication if there are any significant changes or when Microsoft confirms the issue has been resolved.
