Our Facilities Services Work Request system is used as the primary means by which all the daily functions of our department operations are submitted, documented, tracked, and completed. Captured in the visualization of the annual statistics records are the critical indicators identified to determine service quality and measure ongoing performance. This data serves to support our program review process, determine department needs, and assist in planning priorities. Benchmarking goals are based on APPA industry standards. Part of our service culture is to share our statistics with AVC's community stakeholders and ultimately provide excellent service.
