Instructors may require use of Zoom for online meetings.
Within each course there should be a TechConnect Zoom link used for online lecture meetings if your instructor is using Zoom.
Sometimes instructors will create meetings using our AVC Zoom interface and will provide you with the meeting information.
You will find the TechConnect Zoom link within a course one of the easiest ways to set up a Zoom meeting for your students.
You can review all of your settings by using the AVC ID logo from the campus home page and signing in , then use the Zoom button.
This interface also allows you to create meetings outside of the Canvas interface.
Please review the training materials for these settings in the Technical Training course within Canvas. Security settings especially should follow the posted guidelines.
