AVC to Roll Out Degree Works and SSB9 Registration
Technologies

Antelope Valley College will begin rolling out Degree Works and SSB9 Registration, two new tools designed to improve how students plan and register for classes. Together, these systems will gradually replace EduNAV.

SSB9 Registration is a course registration interface that provides a more streamlined experience when enrolling in classes. Degree Works offers academic auditing and advising tools that help students monitor their progress toward degree completion.

The rollout will take place in phases over the coming year. The Degree Works audit tool will be introduced to select student groups first, with expanded access to additional students in subsequent phases.

Beginning July 1, Degree Works Student Educational Planner (SEP) and Self-Service Banner Registration will become available. On Aug. 17, the Degree Works audit will begin rolling out to select student populations, with more information to be shared soon.

Additional information and training opportunities will be shared with the campus community in the coming months as AVC continues implementation.
